Floor Meat Recipes. Country Meat Rollups

I love making recipes that are swift and simple to prepare throughout the operate week and even for group gatherings.

1.5 pound ground meat

1 can of  sliced mushrooms
two cloves of garlic(minced)
1 cup of sour cream
1 egg (beaten)

1 bundle of Crescent Rolls
one can cream of mushroom soup

Brown the floor meat, onions, mushrooms and garlic until meat is no extended pink. Set aside to great.

Get the Crescent Rolls, pull the rolls apart and then roll every single one out as large as you can.

When the meat mixture has cooled, add 1/two cup of sour cream and the beaten egg, Combine effectively.

Now take a scoop of the meat mixture(approximately huge egg in dimensions) location this in middle of every single rolled out Crescent Roll.  The moment this is comprehensive get each Crescent Roll and roll it close to the meat mixture, full seal the meat inside the roll.

Location rolls on a cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.  Consider the egg wash and brush above each roll.
