Attempt 1 of These:

Spicy Sausage and Summer time Fruit Kebabs

one lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa, lower into three/4 inch slices
1 med. onion, minimize into one/2 inch wedges
1 sm. red bell pepper, minimize into one inch squares
1 sm. green bell pepper, lower into one inch squares
two ripe med. peaches or nectarines, peeled and minimize into 1 inch chunks
one-1/two cup picante sauce
1/2 cup orange marmalade
two tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
Alternately thread sausage, onion, bell peppers and peaches onto skewers. Mix picante sauce, marmalade, grated onion and lime juice. Brush sauce above kebabs. Area kebabs on grill about medium scorching coals or on rack or broiler pan five to 6 inches from heat. Grill or broil eight minutes, turning and basting from time to time with marinade. Heat remaining marinade serve with kebabs.

Helps make four servings.

Cajun Sausage Meatballs
2 lb refreshing blended pork and beef sausage
three/4 cup all purpose flour
Oil for frying
Get rid of meat from casing form into tiny balls the dimensions of a walnut and roll in flour. Fry in a skillet with 1/four inch of oil. When oil is very hot, 375F, fry balls until finally brown all above. Drain on paper towels.

Chicken Jambalaya I

Stir in steak sauce, pepper and Kitchen area Bouquet, add chicken. Go over. Simmer until chicken is nearly tender. Add remaining substances, bring to a boil. Reduced warmth. cover and simmer right up until rice is cooked.

Spicy Cajun Fashion Crockpot Wings
Serving Size : 12

3 lb Chicken Wings*
1 Bottle Kraft Spicy BBQ**
one 1/2 tsp Red Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1/two tsp Garlic flakes — minced
one tsp Onion flakes — minced
3 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce
two Tbl Green Dragon or Jalapeno Sauce
one Tbl Tabasco Sauce
one Tbl Cajun Spice***

*Chicken wings or little chicken legs far more wings or legs can be extra if necessary.
**Kraft BBq or K.Do. Design sauce.
***Cajun Spice or Capt. Link’s Cajun seasoning.
In a Crockpot put chicken BBq Sauce, and all spices. Stir and high temperature on reduced for 4 several hours. To serve, I advise you pre-pare a Cajun Rice Recipe, and right after the Buffalo Wings are cooked, pre-pare the Rice, pour the Rice into a container or casserole dish, distribute out evenly.

If you like fish and tomatoes. You can add as a lot cayenne pepper as you would like.

Tilapia with Penne in Tomato Sauce

This serves two

1 cup Penne cooked per bundle instructions.

2 Tilapia fillets

* one/two teaspoon cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/four teaspoon hickory liquid smoke

Garnish

* shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese mix, blend
* chopped green onion, sour cream

Instructions

1. Warmth two tablespoons of oil in a huge saucepan above medium/low heat.
2. Add onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper, and garlic to the oil and simmer slowly (or”sweat” as it can be named), for fifteen minutes or until the onions are pretty much obvious.
