This review is from: Casserole Recipes (Favorite Brand Name Recipes) (Paperback)

First, I have the paperback version–which only costs about five books. This book is well worth it for that price. . . .

Cream of chicken soup (one can), water, white rice, black pepper, frozen mixed vegetables, boneless chicken breasts, cheddar cheese. Put it in one dish and cook. . . . This is one of the recipes in this casserole cookbook. Easy to make and tasty to eat.

Each page features two recipes–on one side is a picture and the recipe on the other. You can tear the recipes out to put in a recipe box (I leave them in the book!). The recipes, for the most part, read easily and look quite doable.

One downer? There are only 76 recipes (I like lots in a book). Still, this is one of those books that you buy at grocery store checkouts, so a 500 page tome probably isn’t possible.

For a short work, this has many easy to make and, seemingly, tasty dishes for the household.
