    Curry goat: lots and lots of garlic (pasted down). Goat is a tough meat and needs to be cooked for THREE hours minimum. Oh, and the peeps who keeps saying ketchup is a ‘UK’ ting – it isn’t! I’m mixed race and my dad (Jamaican) NEVER used ketchup and neither would I… I mean, that’s just nasty man… Tin of chopped tomatoes at least!! LOL!
    Which part of the goat would any of you say is best for curry goat though?
